Can we book accommodation through Bonvidó?

Absolutely. We have very close relationships with our hotel and villa partners making sure you and your clients take full advantage of those relationships. We can match amenities, pricing and commissions and are accustomed to matching properties and guests according to their needs.

Do you offer commissionable rates?

We do, we work both in Net or Commissionable rates depending on your preference and the % will vary depending on seasonality.

We also pride ourselves in quick commission payment, as long as we have an invoice from your end we pay within 72 hours after guests’ departure.

What is your turnaround time?

We pride ourselves on our response time. We acknowledge and set expectations within the same day of receiving an email, or the next morning if it arrives in the evening. Depending on the intensity of the program we immediately communicate and keep up to date on how long a final proposal will take and why.

Can we book services only through Bonvidó?

The short answer is YES. We strongly encourage booking your full accommodation through us—our dedicated concierge team ensures every detail is handled seamlessly, benefiting both you and your guests. That said, we're incredibly selective about the properties we partner with, so we're happy to arrange just transfers, activities, or other services on their own. For a custom, detailed itinerary without accommodation bookings, we'll apply a concierge fee starting at $1,500, or require a minimum spend of $5,000 per trip. This keeps our expertise accessible while maintaining the high standards you expect from Bonvidó.

Do you provide price breakdowns?

Yes we do, we are big believers in transparency and in our case for our destination, price breakdowns help see where the big or small portions of a trips expense are located in. :)

Do you charge a credit card fee?

Yes, between 3.5-4% depending on the credit card.
